Last updated: October 2026 · For teams hiring Laravel developers in Delhi
Hiring Laravel developers in Delhi usually means one of three situations: your in-house team is stretched, a vendor disappointed you, or you are starting a product and need someone who has shipped one before. I'm Arun Tyagi, a freelance Laravel engineer who works with Delhi clients from Sector 58, Noida, about forty minutes away on a good day.
This page is for people comparing options, not just looking for a name. If you want the quick route, the NCR hub is Laravel developer Delhi NCR and the local base is Laravel developer Noida. Below is how I think about hiring decisions for Delhi teams.
Hiring in Delhi?
Share the role, the stack and your deadline. I will tell you whether I am the right fit within a day.
Three ways Delhi companies hire Laravel talent
| Model | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Full-time employee | Long-running product, steady backlog | Recruitment time, salary plus overhead |
| Agency | Design, QA and delivery under one roof | Markup, junior staff behind a senior pitch |
| Freelance engineer | Defined build, rescue, or capacity top-up | Single-person risk, needs clear scope |
I fit the last row. I reduce the single-person risk with written scope, milestone demos and a repository you own, so if we part ways nothing is trapped.
What Delhi teams usually ask me to do
- Take over a Laravel project that was built quickly and now breaks under real traffic.
- Build the API layer for a mobile app while the in-house team handles the UI.
- Add multi-tenant billing and roles to an existing product. See Laravel SaaS development.
- Review code and architecture before a funding round or an acquisition conversation.
A short screening list
Whoever you hire, ask them these. I am happy to be asked.
- Show me a live product you built and explain one decision you would change.
- Who owns the repository and the servers on day one?
- How do you handle queues, failed jobs and payment webhooks?
- What does your staging environment look like?
- What is not included in your quote?
Rates for Delhi clients

| SaaS MVP | ?1,20,000–?4,50,000 |
| Custom business application | ?60,000–?2,50,000+ |
| Code audit or consulting | ?3,000 per hour |
Everything is quoted in writing after scope. No surprise invoices.
A realistic first month
Week one is scope: I read your code or brief, ask questions, and send a written plan. Week two is the first milestone on staging, often authentication, the data model and one working screen or endpoint. Weeks three and four add the core feature and the first round of your feedback. By the end of the month you should be able to click through something real, not read a status report about it. If that is not happening, tell me early. I would rather adjust than defend a plan that is not working.
FAQ
Can you come to our Delhi office?
For kickoffs and key reviews, yes. Day-to-day work is remote, because it is faster for everyone.
Do you work with existing developers?
Often. I review pull requests, follow your branching rules and document what I change.
Can you start next week?
It depends on my current load. I will give you an honest start date after the first call, not a hopeful one.
Examples to check
Look at PayBev for a payments product, or Dubai Charity for remote work with a non-Indian client. For the full hiring process, see hire a Laravel developer.
