Working with a freelance Laravel developer in United Arab Emirates

Last updated: October 2026 · UAE location hub

If you are searching for a Laravel developer in the UAE, there is a good chance you have already sat through one agency pitch that was mostly slides. I'm Arun Tyagi. I work from Sector 58, Noida, and a fair share of my clients are in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. We talk on WhatsApp, we demo on a staging link, and I write the code myself.

This page is the UAE overview. If your search is really about hiring someone for Dubai, skip ahead to the dedicated page: Hire a Laravel developer for Dubai. It has the AED price table, the timeline, and the full FAQ. I keep that detail in one place on purpose, so you don't read the same thing twice.

Five lines is enough: what you are building, who uses it, when you need it, and a rough AED or USD budget.

What UAE clients usually ask me for

Most UAE briefs that suit me are not "build me a website". They are the awkward middle jobs that agencies don't like:

  • A product that has outgrown its first build. The MVP works, but nobody dares touch the billing code. I usually start with a short paid review, then fix the riskiest part first.
  • An API behind a React, Next.js or mobile front end. Auth with Sanctum, queues for email and webhooks, and a Postman collection so the front-end team stops guessing.
  • Admin and operations tools. Roles, audit trails, exports. Boring, and the part your staff touches all day.
  • Subscription products. Multi-tenant Laravel with trials, invoices and failed-payment handling. The commercial detail for that sits on the Laravel SaaS page.

Proof from the Gulf

The clearest UAE example is the Dubai Charity platform. It handles donation flows, events and multi-language content, and it was built so the team could run it after handover instead of calling me for every small edit. I'd rather you read that case study than take my word for anything on this page.

For UAE-facing product work under deadline pressure, the eZanga and PayBev write-ups show how I handle staging, releases and payments.

Remote from Noida, and what that means day to day

India is about an hour and a half ahead of UAE time, so my working day overlaps almost completely with yours. When something breaks at 11 a.m. in Dubai, I'm at my desk. Calls happen live when a decision is stuck. Everything else goes through WhatsApp and a weekly staging demo you can click through yourself.

Quotes come in AED or USD, and you get them in writing before any work starts. Payment by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal is fine. There is no account manager between us, which is the main reason my rates are lower than an onshore studio's.

When you should not hire me

Being honest here saves us both time. If you want a team in your Dubai office every Monday for a workshop, an onshore agency is the better fit. If you need a ten-person squad in parallel, I'm not that either. If you want one senior person who owns the Laravel codebase, keeps scope tight and tells you when a feature is a bad idea, that is what I do.

Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE

I take on work for companies across the Emirates, and the process is identical wherever you sit. Pages for Dubai-specific searches exist because that is where most people look first, but you don't need a Dubai trade licence to start a conversation. Government-adjacent or free-zone work is fine as long as we agree on hosting and data location early.

How to start

  1. Open the Dubai Laravel hire page and skim the pricing table and timeline.
  2. WhatsApp me the short brief on +91 8791775933, or book a free 30-minute call.
  3. I send back a written Phase-1 scope, usually within two working days of the call.

If your project is more about the Indian market or you want to compare, the Laravel development page covers the wider service, and Laravel developer in Noida shows my home base.

Next step: go to the Dubai hire page or send the brief on WhatsApp. Either way you get a straight answer, even if the answer is "not a fit".
